Terms & Conditions

• Giveaway valid for orders placed between [4/11/2025] and [15/12/2025].

  
  

• Entries apply only to purchases made through Cliffords Motorsport’s official website on approved sales channels, Or Directly through Our Workshops Xero Billing System

• Each item purchased from this giveaway collection equals 1x entry.

  • Cliffords Apparel earns 2x entries per item.

  • For every additional $120 spent over your first $100, you’ll gain 1 extra entry (e.g., a $340 order = 3 total entries).  (shipping costs not applicable)

• To qualify for the Stage 2 DJI OM SE Phone Gimbal, participants must:

  • Spend over $100 in one transaction, (Excluding Shipping)

  • Follow Cliffords Motorsport on TikTok, Instagram or Facebook

  • Tag us in a public post showing your Car or 4WD in its element.

    
    

• Profiles must be public at the time of draw to verify entries.

  
  

• Refunds or cancelled orders will result in entries being voided.

  • If a refund is issued after a prize has been won, the winner must return the prize in original condition or the prize will be considered forfeited.

    
    

• Giveaway winners are drawn at random from valid entries and announced on Cliffords Motorsport’s social media on [16/10/2025].

  
  

• Winners will be contacted via email, Instagram, or TikTok within 3 business days. If no response is received within 5 days, a redraw may occur.

  
  

• Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or store credit.

  
  

• Cliffords Motorsport reserves the right to:

  • Verify eligibility of entries (including purchase and tag validation),

  • Substitute a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable,

  • Disqualify any entry that appears fraudulent, misleading, or violates these terms.

• Giveaway open between NZ & Australia unless restricted by local import or shipping regulations. Winners outside New Zealand may be responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
